Imperial Peck Homes, LLC. started November 2015 and is a family owned company. Owner Michael R. Peck has become a reputable and well-known service provider in the remodeling field as a licensed/insured cabinet installer. Michael is a state certified, licensed and insured HOME INSPECTOR. Michael has 14 plus years experience in the construction trade specifically with home remodels, counter tops, cabinetry. We want our customers to be satisfied with our work, which is why we provide open communication channels throughout the duration of each project or home inspection.

FULL HOME INSPECTION

A home inspection will examine the homes safety and current condition of the home. You will receive a full report with photos and all concerns/issues found at time of inspection that were observed. Typical turn around time for a full inspection could be done within 24-48 hours.
WIND MITIGATION INSPECTION

Wind Mitigation report is to inform the insurance company of a homes construction in order to determine the homes stability in event of strong winds.
We will handle filling out the report for you and email to you.
FOUR-POINT INSPECTION

A 4 Point Inspection will look at the 4 major systems of the home. Those 4 major systems are the ROOF, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING and HVAC. Typically this is conducted for the insurance company to know that the home is being maintained and all systems are working properly. Please note this is not a safety inspection.
PRE-LISTING INSPECTION

A Pre-Listing Inspection will find any potential repairs on the home. Typically preformed before or after a home is listed for sale.
NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION

A New Home Inspection is typically done before closing but can also be done before the warranty has expired with your builder. This inspection is to insure that the home is completed and also everything else is complete and in working order. You will also receive a full report with pictures and any issues/concerns found at time of inspection.
